• RQD Farm specializes in selling Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes, Devgad Alphonso mangoes, and mango-based products.

• We are located at 565 At Post Bankot, Tal Mandangad, Dist Ratnagiri 415208.

• All transactions, orders, and interactions with our website are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Information

• Our mangoes are organically grown and naturally ripened.

• Product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are as accurate as possible. However, there may be slight variations in size, color, and taste due to natural differences.

• Seasonal availability of mangoes may affect stock and delivery times.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or direct contact.

• We accept online payments (UPI, Razorpay, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards), Cash on Delivery (COD), and other available options.

• Orders are confirmed only after payment verification (except for COD orders).

• RQD Farm reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India. Shipping charges may apply based on location.

• Estimated delivery time varies between 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, transport issues, or strikes) are beyond our control.

• Customers must provide accurate address details for successful delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• Perishable Goods: Since mangoes are perishable, we do not accept returns.

• Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/videos).

• Replacement: Replacements are provided for valid complaints after verification.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days if applicable.

6. Quality Assurance

• RQD Farm guarantees that all mangoes are handpicked, naturally ripened, and free from harmful chemicals.

• In case of dissatisfaction, customers can contact us for assistance.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

• Cancellation after dispatch is not allowed.

• Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

8. Privacy Policy

• We respect customer privacy and do not share personal data with third parties.

• Payment details are securely processed via encrypted payment gateways.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from orders or website usage shall be resolved under Indian law.
