The product which we sell are not exchangeable or returnable if they are delivered in Securely and in Intact condition. We provide Replacement or Refund , If product is delivered in damaged condition or Product is missing from box.

 

For Mangoes if mangoes found Rotten from inside will compensate in form of coupon if and only if rotten mangoes count is more than 50% of total order volume .For claim ,Buyer should send photos and videos on mail at rqdfarm@gmail.com or can WhatsApp on customer care number 7977284965.Photos and videos should be sent within two days of package delivered date.

 

Evidence Should contain shipping box having shipping label affix and Damaged content received.All Refunds are credited to customer source account witin 5-7 business days
